In a 1-to-14 configuration, one compact M-TDV can replace up to 13 two-way diverters. Fewer valves, actuators, controls, connections, and service points. Cleaner, more compact system layout.
Traditional multi-diverter layouts accumulate bends. The M-TDV limits the product path to two smooth bends through its internal rotating swan neck. Exact alignment between swan neck and ports helps minimize product degradation, pressure loss, and equipment wear.
Highly rigid frame structure remains stable when plant piping is connected to all ports. Maintains proper alignment under real installation load, supports smooth switching, and reduces risk of operational issues caused by frame deflection.
Seals can be changed from the inside without removing the valve from the production line. Internal parts can be removed for inspection or cleaning. Recommended spare parts replaceable without disconnecting all pipework. This helps make service work faster, easier, and less disruptive.
USDA-accepted versions available for demanding hygienic applications. Stainless steel product contact areas with FDA-approved white EPDM inflatable seals and EC1935/2004-compliant materials. Suitable for food, dairy, pharmaceutical environments.

The M-TDV multiport tube diverter valve handles converging and diverging pneumatic flows of powders and pellets, routing to up to 14 destinations from a single compact unit. One M-TDV replaces up to 14 two-way diverter valves, removing the need for complex multi-diverter layouts.
Its flow path has only two smooth bends, minimising pressure loss and product degradation, while a rigid frame supports the full piping load. Inspection and maintenance can be carried out without removing the diverter valve from the line. Hygienic versions, including USDA-accepted models, are available for sensitive applications.
